Largest Registration for annual Women’s Conference

North Richland Hills Police Department is hosting the annual Women of Law Enforcement Conference September 26, 2018 – September 28, 2018 at the Bob Bolen Training Center in Fort Worth.

We are anticipating our largest crowd yet, with over 240 registrants from as far away as Hawaii. This yearly event draws female police officers from across the nation to gather in environment specific to a female officer. Opening ceremonies will feature keynote speaker, Chief Jessica of Robledo Pflugerville Police Department. Special sessions will include: Pistol Skillset (taught by nationally recognized ret. Fort Worth Police Officer Dorcia Meador and FWPD Instructor Jaime Malone), Tactical Medic (taught by Fort Worth Police Department Brandi Kamper), Defensive Tactics and more.

Special presentation of the R.I.S.E. (Respect, Inspire, Strengthen, Empower) Award will be given on the final afternoon of the conference to a deserving female who has shown incredible strength in the face of adversity.
